If you enjoy outdoor activities and being in touch with nature then you have to visit the Club Solaris Cancún Marina.
The Marina is located just in front of the resort, on the other side of the street, entering through the nursery and going down the stairs you will find the pier on the Nichupté Lago
The members and guests of the three Cancun Solaris Resorts, (Club Solaris Cancun, Club Caribe Cancun and Club GR Cancun) have access to the marina and the activities that you can enjoy there. The marina has four types of non-motorized activities: kayak, pedal boats, catamarans and windsurf boards.
The kayaks are perfect for a couple or a friends ride as the marina has many individual kayaks ideal to go out with all your friends and they also have double kayaks for that romantic ride through the lagoon.
Kayaking can also be a good exercise during your vacation in Cancun
The Pedal Boats are a type of boat that moves by pedals, a perfect option for those who doesn`t love to paddle, or to go as a family, since children will be much more comfortable.
Each pedal boat can fit 2 people.
Small boats propelled by a sail and with two parallel helmets of equal size that serve to stabilize.
They are light and comfortable to use, the experience is much more complex than with the previous ones, since it requires technique.
But you do not have to worry, if you do not know how to use it since the marina staff will be able to teach you.The marina´s catamarans are quite small so it is easy to handle them and learning will be a very fun activity either with your friends or family.
If you go with several people.
Windsurfing involves moving in the water on a board similar to a surfing board but with a sail. Now, windsurfing is an exclusive activity for those who has practice it before because the windsurf board´s sail could be not too easy to handle, so previous experience is needed.
If you have practiced windsurfing before, you can not miss the opportunity to do it at Nichupté Lagoon in Cancun.
If you have never been to the Nichupté Lagoon, a perfect way to get to know it is by participating in the Kayak activity that is done every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with the entertainment staff.
The departure is at 10:30 in the morning from Club Solaris Cancún
Our friendly staff will accompany you all the time, the activity lasts about an hour and a half and it is about going around the beautiful Nichupté lagoon paddling the kayaks.
For your safety it is very important to follow the rules of the marina, as not to stand on top of the kayaks and to wear life jackets the whole route.
Besides this activity, you can go freely every day between 9am and 4pm to have a fun time with all the things you can do there while you enjoy the contact with nature and the tropical climate of Cancun in a magnificent jungle setting
