Delights of the premiere bar

We love to pamper our members at the premiere bar of Club Solaris Cancún, so we are always looking for new ways to make the most of your days here at home.

Every day we have a specialty drink for you.

Mondays we have Mexican cocktails, with Mezcal. You can choose between three varieties. The flavor of Mexico Mezcal, with jamaica flower, lemon juice and a hint of flamed guajillo pepper, all of this on the rocks, Rojito Mezcal, with a mixture of cranberry, orange and raspberry fruits or The Nery Mezcal, with pineapple juice and basil.

Tuesdays we feature the Whiskey, you can drink it with Ginger Ale and apple, pineapple or red berries and a bit of ginger.

Wednesdays, you cannot miss a delicious digestive after dinner, you can choose between three delicious drinks prepared with ingredients such as espresso coffee, Kahlua, Baileys, Grand Marnier or Amaretto.

Thursdays are called The Gin Fever, fresh and delicious cocktails with fruits such as raspberry, blackberry, cucumber, strawberry, kiwi, orange and apple that you can mix with Gin at your preference, or you could always just be surprised by our bartenders and their signature drinks.

Fridays we have the Hipster Cocktails, you can choose between a Gin, Vodka or Tequila based drink for more bold combinations . speaking of vodka, we couldn't leave this delicious drink with out its own day.

Saturday is Vodka Sunset with delicious fruit combinations and on Sunday, there's no better way to end the week that with: Mojitos! pick from our traditional recipe, frozen ones or the delicious mojito with passion fruit and mint, a combination worth trying.

In addition, every day we have for you a delicious surprise! starting this summer, a cart of wine and cheese will delight your senses. From 6 pm until 9 pm, you can sample wines from different countries and an exquisite variety of cheese. Our members are loving this new and delicious cart that you won't want to miss on your next visit to the premiere bar of Club Solaris Cancun.
